Notidanian \No`ti*da"ni*an\, n. [Gr. ? back + ? comely.]
   (Zo["o]l.)
   Any one of several species of sharks of the family
   Notidanid[ae], or Hexanchid[ae]. Called also cow
   sharks. See Shark.
